Anything above a 500 sq ft space (carpet area) allows you to open an MAELCC unit. It must be in the form of a rectangle or square in order to function as per coaching SOP’s & manuals. This is specific to an indoor space. MAELCC can be operated outdoors too, but it must have a minimum 500 sq ft setup as per MAELCC norms.

Of course you can, the MAELCC brand is a great value add to an existing pre or full school premises. It helps you cross sell and can be a great catalyst to your revenue streams from within the same space. However, the MAELCC projects team will have to approve, request for some due diligence documents before approving an MAELCC unit within a running school premises.

Our basic requirement for a 500 sq ft space (carpet area) is approximately Rs. 12.50 lacs including franchise fees. This can reduce further if you have basic infra in place, such as AC’s, lights, Internet connection etc. However, the MAELCC projects team will approve each space and ascertain any additional infrastructure costs.

Yes indeed. In addition to the Indoor 500 sq ft space, we will be able to help you monetize the
increase your revenue channels for the Driveway etc as well. Do not worry about that. We can create
outdoor nets as per MAELCC standards and have your team function there as well. We encourage
our franchisees to think out of the box and be innovative within the set MAELCC guidelines

NO. MAELCC works on marketing the brand mainly through social media, B2B, PR & some online media. We do not get into marketing and sales for each individual MAELCC unit. The enrollment at unit level is as per the local franchisee. You must set up yourself to attract these students. Hence, if you run an existing pre school / middle school, you can leverage that immediately as a start point. We encourage franchisees to market their unit locally in the first 3 months of opening.

Yes. But, you must take 5 Franchises minimum to be able to get a bulk franchise rate offering. Our management team can explain to you how that works.

This is an answer YOU must have for us. The MAELCC brand and its team is deeply concerned about the well being and performance of each of its unit. Any failure reflects badly for the brand. As a franchisee, you must do this survey and understand your local city / locality market for the number of students you can get on a consistent basis and the rate that is currently being charged for similar activities. We cannot compare a Tier 1 city rate with a Tier 3 city rate. The MAELCC team can only cite examples and hypothetical number about remote cities wherein the market is completely unexplored. But, remember therein also lies the biggest opportunity. We consider our franchisee to be a budding entrepreneur by mindset and switched on to make things happen.

Good question. The MAELCC Mgmt team will make a revenue model for your particular unit with details specific to your center. You must understand those numbers and then value add to them – as it is YOU who will RUN the business. Your inputs will be taken into account and collaboratively a financial statement shall be computed. Once, you as a franchisee & the MAELCC mgmt team both feel it is worth opening in the respective locality – only then does it make sense. Neither you as a franchisee, nor the MAELCC team want to see a failure for any unit. The MAELCC team cannot guarantee any numbers as YOU are the operator of the business locally. This must be very clear.

Isn’t is amazing how big the possibilities are!!! You can open in operational pre school centers, middle & senior schools, Malls, Corporate offices, currently operational Creches, RWA & condominium societies, clubs & maybe even your house (if local laws / permits allow) etc. It’s affordable & easy to open a MAELCC center. It’ll have to be approved by the MAELCC projects team, but its quick and easy if there is a green signal.

We take anywhere between 30-60 days to help you open the center. It all depends on your location across India or the world. We have empanelled reputed vendors in the market that work on supreme & durable quality materials and work on timelines as expected by the MAELCC brand. Our projects team will help you in this process.

Please ask each parent to fill out our Student Application form from www.mickeyarthurelcc.com. The software on the website allows students to enroll directly as per their preferred packages. A UID number will be generated & the parent can also access records (feature under software dev & beta testing) of their wards.

Royalty kept by MAELCC is 20%. MAELCC is collecting all monthly fees through its offical portal & soon to be introduced app. Each student will have a UID that will link back to your center and will be available on a dashboard for you to see LIVE at any time as well. This makes life easy for all franchisees as well. They don’t need to accept cash, give discounts, have any bad debts, go through any hassles at all of employing someone for this purpose. MAELCC collects ALL enrollment fees for your unit on it official portal & soon to be introduced app and returns back 80% of revenue back to you each month for your cash flow to be maintained as well.

Interesting question we’ve been asked. Many times indeed. You have to ask yourself a few questions in return;
– Do you think you can sell Cricket in your locality? Is it popular as a sport?
– Mostly men still don’t cook at home, but it is them to invest into restaurants. It’s the same philosophy here. You don’t need to be an ex-cricketer to open an MAELCC unit.

ONLY an MAELCC Certified Coach. A non-certified coach cannot teach the kids. We allow you as a franchisee to recruit a coach. The coach has to undergo a certification program on “how to conduct” the course before coaching at your unit. MAELCC has refreshment course and exams for these coaches also.

Of course. Indeed. And you will have to follow it 100%. There are no short cuts to that. Each age group as a pre-defined module that they will need to follow. The MAELCC certified coaches will conduct the coaching drills as per age group & skill level attained

– Complete knowledge on cricket (physical & mental) as per their age group
– Certification as they keep passing each stage of coaching
– Acquiring new skills in the right technique learnt from MAELCC certified coaches

At the MAELCC HQ in Delhi. That is until we open some centers around your location that are ready to start training programs for other coaches in India too. Currently, all coaches must come to Delhi to learn the basics, get certified and then coach. Refresher courses & Coach exams are all done online

MAELCC will have a bank of Certified coaches that can fill the role in the interim. However, the coach that will be sent to you, will command salary as per New Delhi standards. Hence, it would be the franchisee’s role to get a local coach as a replacement. He shall be trained & certified by MAELCC at the soonest.

Not really. We have many issues if MAELCC sends a coach from Delhi;
– Expensive at many times for you as a franchisee from a salary perspective
– Language / Dialect issues
– Boarding & Lodging costs
Hence, it is better for you to have some identified local coaches who can be trained quickly. For the interim, a certified coach from HQ in Delhi can be sent across to keep the show running at your cost though.

Simple math is that you need 1 Coach for every 10 students. We don’t aim on having more thant 10 students per batch of 1 hour. Given the fact that we run our batches in shifts, the financial projections will be altered as per the number of students per batch. If you can do 4 batches a day : 40 students (10 per batch), you will still need only 1 coach. This was just to give you an idea of how it works.

Wow. Ideally, we would recommend 5 hours training per day at your center. Which means 5 batches of 10 students / hour. This means 50 students per day who will only attend the center 2 times a week (1 hour each session). If you open 6 days a week. You can get 50 students * 3 batches = 150 students per month. If 150 students pay you an average of Rs. 3,000 / student (Tier 1 market) for 8 hours per month (8 sessions : 2 / week). It is approximately as revenue of Rs. 4.50 lacs per month. All this is an approximate and an estimate for you to scale up or down for your city in terms of students / batches & rates.
